InMail

LinkedIn's paid direct message to people outside your network, included with Premium and Sales Navigator plans. InMails don't consume your weekly invitation quota.

Tactically, InMail is the overflow valve: when someone matters but isn't accepting invites, or your weekly invite budget is spent, an InMail reaches them without touching the cap. Its weakness is context — recipients know it's a paid message, so the writing bar is higher, not lower. Same rule as everywhere: reference something real or don't send.

LinkedBoost is the LinkedIn MCP for Claude — agent-run outreach with enforced limits and a human trigger on every send. See how it works →
