What the desk can do
58 tools across seven areas. You never call them — Claude does. These pages exist so you know what's possible and what you'd say to make it happen. Setup lives at /claude.
Concepts
A lead group is a saved audience — the moment a search stops being a preview and becomes something the desk manages. Searches themselves are temporary: they show names, counts, and mismatches, and create nothing until you say save.
A sequence is a message thread plus timing plus a sender seat. Creating one sends nothing — it's a plan. Enrollment is the consequential act, which is why it always happens with your explicit approval and exact person IDs, never a blind bulk add.
Every conversation across every connected seat lands in one inbox. Filter by seat, campaign, or tag; the desk flags the threads worth your morning.
The strategy files the agents must read: your ICP, value prop, approved claims, exclusions, and kill criteria. If it lives in your head, the agent is guessing; if it lives in knowledge, every draft obeys it.
Caps, ramps, and pacing are enforced in the infrastructure, not suggested in a settings page. Daily invite limits hard-stop at the seat. New or dormant seats ramp automatically. Acceptance under 25% in a week halves a seat's volume — acceptance rate is the leading indicator of restriction, and the desk treats it that way.
