Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who touches it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. This covers both this website and the application at app.linkedboost.ai.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

The short version

If you only visit the website, we hold analytics data and, if you submit the form, your email. If you use the product, we hold your workspace: your leads, your conversations, and an authorised connection to your LinkedIn account. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models. You can export or delete it by writing to support@linkedboost.ai.

1Who is responsible for your data

LinkedBoost (“we”, “us”) is the data fiduciary, or controller, for the personal data described in section 2. Contact us about anything in this policy at support@linkedboost.ai.

There is one important exception. For the personal data of the prospects and contacts inside your workspace, you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling that data on your instructions and for no purpose of our own. Section 6 covers this.

2What we collect

From the website. If you used our earlier email signup form, we collected your email address and the page you submitted from. We use a hidden honeypot field to filter bots; humans never see or fill it. We also collect standard analytics about your visit, described in section 4.

When you create an account. Your name, email address, workspace and team details, plan, and billing information. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never receive or store the full number.

When you connect LinkedIn. An authorised session for the LinkedIn account you connect, your profile details, and the activity we operate on your behalf: invitations, messages, replies, and the profiles you view or research. We hold the connection credentials needed to keep that session working.

Your workspace content. Leads you import or source, enrichment data, notes, knowledge base entries, message drafts, sequences, approval history, and conversation threads.

Automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps, plus application logs recording actions taken in your workspace, which we need for security and for the safety enforcement described in our terms.

3Why we use it, and our legal basis

PurposeBasis
Providing the service you signed up forPerformance of a contract
Earlier signup emails and product updatesYour consent, withdrawable at any time

Enforcing caps, preventing abuse, securing accountsLegitimate interests

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own or any third party’s AI models.

4Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-B12Z85V8G1) to understand which pages people read and where visitors arrive from. It sets cookies containing a randomly generated identifier and reports aggregate usage to us. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags. Analytics is disabled on our /preview route.

The application at app.linkedboost.ai sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. Those cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on, without losing access to anything on this website.

5Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers who help us run the service, under contracts that restrict them to our instructions:

We also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, and to an acquirer if the business is sold, in which case we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

6Data about the people you contact

Your workspace contains personal data about prospects: names, roles, employers, profile content, and your correspondence with them. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it to operate your outreach, on your instructions, and for nothing else.

That means you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and contact those people, for honouring their objections and deletion requests, and for any notice they are owed under the law that applies to them. If a prospect contacts us directly about data in your workspace, we will refer them to you and assist you in responding.

7How long we keep it

Workspace data stays for as long as your account is open. After you close it, it remains available for export for 30 days, then we delete or irreversibly anonymise it within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer.

Earlier signup emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Billing and tax records are kept for the period Indian law requires, currently eight years. Security and application logs are kept for up to 12 months.

8Where your data goes

We are based in India and our providers are largely in the United States and the European Union, so your data is transferred and stored outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

9Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database restrictions, and least-privilege access for our own team. LinkedIn connection credentials are held in restricted storage and used only to operate the account you connected.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Write to support@linkedboost.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

In India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct, complete, update, and erase your data, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if our response does not satisfy you. Please raise the grievance with us first, using section 11.

In the EEA or UK. You additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority.

In California. You have the right to know, delete, and correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer.

11Grievance officer

For complaints about how we handle personal data, including grievances under the DPDP Act, contact our grievance officer at support@linkedboost.ai with “Grievance” in the subject line. We acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30.

12Children

The service is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child’s data has reached us, write to support@linkedboost.ai and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date above. For material changes we give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Older versions are available on request.

Read this alongside our terms of service. Questions of any kind: support@linkedboost.ai.
