Terms of Service

LinkedBoost (“we”, “us”) provides the service described below. “You” means the individual or organisation using it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.

By creating an account, connecting a LinkedIn account, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LinkedBoost is an MCP server and workspace that lets an AI assistant (such as Claude) source prospects, research them, draft outreach, pace sending, and manage replies on a LinkedIn account you connect. Messages, invitations, and other outbound actions are queued for your approval and are sent only when you approve them.

The service enforces operating limits on each connected account: daily and weekly invitation caps, automatic warm-up ramps for new seats, an acceptance-rate kill switch, suppression memory across seats, and a pause on follow-ups once someone replies. These limits are part of the product, not preferences. You cannot raise them by typing over them.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the credentials to your LinkedBoost workspace, for everyone you invite into it, and for everything done through it. Tell us at support@linkedboost.ai promptly if you believe your workspace has been accessed without your permission.

Keep your account information accurate. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account where information is materially false or where use breaches section 5.

You connect a LinkedIn account that you own or are authorised to operate. Your relationship with LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s own user agreement and policies, which are between you and LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation, and LinkedIn is not a party to these terms.

LinkedIn’s user agreement restricts the use of automation, bots, and third-party software on the platform. Using LinkedBoost, or any tool in this category, may conflict with those terms, and LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including for reasons unrelated to anything you or we did.

We enforce the limits in section 2 precisely because account risk is real. We do not and cannot guarantee that a connected account will not be restricted. Except for the founding guarantee in section 8, you accept that risk. You are responsible for deciding whether that trade is right for you and your organisation.

You will not use LinkedBoost to:

• send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading messages, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• contact people who have asked you not to contact them, or ignore an opt-out, unsubscribe, or do-not-contact request through any channel;
• upload, import, or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or that you obtained in breach of another party’s terms or applicable data protection law;
• circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat the caps, ramps, kill switches, suppression rules, or approval step, whether through the service, another tool, or manual sending alongside it;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as a managed service for clients whose accounts you are authorised to operate;
• reverse engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to build a competing product; or
• place load on the service, on LinkedIn, or on any connected system that is abusive or disproportionate.

We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe this section is being breached, or where continued use puts other customers’ accounts at risk.

Drafts are generated by AI, including third-party models. AI output can be wrong, inappropriate, or misleading. The approval step exists so that a human reads outbound messages before they are sent.

Once you approve a message, sequence, or action, it is yours: sent under your name, from your account, on your instruction. You are responsible for its content and for its compliance with applicable law, including marketing, anti-spam, and data protection rules in the recipient’s jurisdiction. We are not the sender and do not review or endorse the content of your outreach.

Accounts that qualified under the original first-50-account founding offer retain its 30-day no-card period and 50% plan discount for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. The discount is tied to the eligible account, is not transferable, and ends if the subscription lapses or is cancelled. New accounts see their applicable offer and final price in the app before subscribing.

Product features may change. We will not knowingly degrade the safety enforcement described in section 2.

If a LinkedIn account enrolled in the founding cohort is restricted by LinkedIn while operating inside the limits LinkedBoost enforces, we will provide 12 months of LinkedBoost service free of charge, on the plan that account was on at the time.

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

• the account was enrolled as one of the first 50 founding accounts and was connected and active when the restriction took effect;
• in the 90 days before the restriction, the account was not used with any other LinkedIn automation, scraping, or bulk-messaging tool, including browser extensions;
• the enforced caps, ramps, and kill switches were in effect and were not circumvented, including by manual sending above the caps while connected;
• the restriction did not follow from your message content being reported for spam, harassment, or misrepresentation, or from a LinkedIn content-policy violation;
• the restriction did not arise from account conditions predating your connection to LinkedBoost, such as an existing warning or earlier restriction; and
• you report the restriction to support@linkedboost.ai within 14 days of it taking effect and give us the access we reasonably need to verify the points above.

The guarantee is limited to free service. It is not a cash refund, is not transferable, is not credited against past invoices, and is capped at one claim per account. It is not a promise that a restricted account will be reinstated: only LinkedIn can restore a LinkedIn account, and we have no ability to influence that decision. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for a restriction.

Plans are priced per connected account and billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page or in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Fees exclude taxes. Where GST or any other tax applies, it is added to your invoice and payable by you. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in these terms, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods after a cancellation. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before a renewal; founding discounts survive price changes as described in section 7. If you do not pay when due, we may suspend the service after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

Your leads, conversations, knowledge base, and workspace content are yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers and infrastructure providers we use to deliver it.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active. How we handle personal data, including the personal data of the people you contact, is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Where you upload personal data about third parties, you are the controller of that data and you confirm you have a lawful basis for us to process it on your behalf.

The service, the software behind it, and the LinkedBoost name and marks are ours and stay ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active, and nothing more.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. We will not identify you publicly as a customer without your permission.

The service depends on third parties, including LinkedIn, the AI assistant you connect (such as Anthropic’s Claude), our hosting and database providers, and our payment provider. We do not control them. Changes, outages, or policy decisions on their side may interrupt or permanently change what the service can do, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not commit to an uptime level unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may modify, add to, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces core functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if you do not pay, if your use creates legal risk or endangers other customers’ accounts, or if we are required to by law.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will keep your workspace data available for export for 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our privacy policy. Sections 6, 10, 11, and 15 to 19 survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable, that outreach will produce any particular result, replies, meetings, or revenue, or that a connected LinkedIn account will not be restricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or loss of data, even if advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service and these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where you paid nothing, for example during a free founding period, our aggregate liability is limited to INR 10,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content and outreach, your use of the service in breach of section 5, your breach of applicable data protection or marketing law, or your breach of LinkedIn’s terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by writing to the other. Reach us at support@linkedboost.ai.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
