Know the risk before you connect.
LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized software that automates activity on its service. LinkedBoost is an independent tool and is not approved by LinkedIn. A human review step or a lower action limit does not eliminate the chance of a warning, restriction, or lost access.

Restriction-rate status
There is no published restriction-rate percentage yet. A percentage needs an auditable count of managed seats, recorded restrictions, a fixed time window, and enough observation time to be meaningful. We will not turn an unverified zero into a safety claim.
Proposed measure: accounts with a LinkedIn restriction divided by all connected accounts observed during the same rolling 90-day window. Report the denominator, numerator, date, and how partial-window accounts are treated when production telemetry can support it.

Review the recipient and draft before an external action. Approval behavior depends on your connected client and workflow.

Interaction and sequence status tools let an operator check prior contact and what is queued.
Defaults and account state should be checked in your workspace. A tool call that queues an action is not proof the action completed on LinkedIn.
What to ask before using any tool
- Does the workflow use a connected account with your informed consent?
- What is queued, what completed, and where can you inspect both states?
- How do you stop a sequence and check for prior contact or a reply?
- Can the vendor show a dated restriction metric with a real denominator?
If your account shows a warning
- Pause outreach and inspect pending actions. Do not try another tool to work around the restriction.
- Keep the notice, time and affected action. Avoid sharing passwords or session tokens in a support message.
- Follow LinkedIn's recovery instructions. Contact LinkedBoost support for help inspecting your workspace, not a promise of reinstatement.
Frequently asked questions
Is cloud automation safer than a browser extension?
We do not have a controlled comparison that establishes a lower restriction rate by architecture. Hosting affects how a tool operates; it does not make unauthorized activity compliant with LinkedIn's rules.
Does approving a message guarantee it was sent?
No. Approval, queueing and completed delivery are different states. Inspect the final action result and the relevant conversation before treating the message as sent.
