Randomized delays
Varying the gaps between automated actions so activity doesn't tick like a metronome. Fixed intervals are the oldest automation signature there is.
An action every 90 seconds, all day, is a confession. Human activity clusters and pauses — bursts of sending, then coffee, then a meeting. Good pacing engines model that: variable gaps, natural bursts, occasional dead hours. It's necessary but not sufficient; randomized delays on top of a data-center IP and template copy just means the metronome swings irregularly while everything else still screams bot.
