Before you start
Use member IDs from the group and the intended status. A disqualification needs a reason; opt-outs require do-not-contact.
Example request
Disqualify these reviewed group members because they fall below our company-size criterion, and record that reason.

Review changed records and any signals about replacing earlier qualification decisions.
Boundaries
Qualification changes alone do not stop running sequences. This is not a timed nurture tool and does not schedule reactivation.
