The safety engine

Caps, ramps, and pacing are enforced in the infrastructure, not suggested in a settings page. Daily invite limits hard-stop at the seat. New or dormant seats ramp automatically. Acceptance under 25% in a week halves a seat's volume — acceptance rate is the leading indicator of restriction, and the desk treats it that way.

Everything is measured, and the headline number — restrictions per managed seat per rolling 90 days — is published live on the safety page. No exclusions, no asterisks.
