Approval queue
A holding area for drafts awaiting review before execution. It is distinct from a sending queue, where authorized work is waiting to run.
A review queue contains work that has not yet been authorized. A sending queue contains executable work waiting for timing or capacity. Keep those states explicit: LinkedBoost's registered sending and enrollment tools queue actions, and the reviewed catalog does not expose a separate approve-draft operation.
In practice
Keep a draft in the conversation while reviewing it. Once recipients and copy are approved, issue the intended send or enrollment request.
What to check
LinkedBoost's execution queue is not documented as a separate draft-approval inbox. Do not enqueue unapproved copy on the assumption that it will wait for another yes.
