Queued vs. sent
The distinction dashboards blur: queued means the system plans to send; sent means it actually left. Reporting queued as sent is how tools fake momentum.
The gap between the two is where failures hide: rate caps hit, sessions expired, personalization steps erroring on thin profiles — sequences can die silently while the dashboard shows a healthy queue. Honest reporting states both numbers and the row-level failures between them. Before celebrating any campaign metric, ask the only question that matters: how many actually went out, and what happened to the rest?
