The explicit registry of people and companies your outreach must never touch: customers, partners, competitors, investors, people who said stop, and anyone who'd make a screenshot expensive.
Every operator learns this list's value the embarrassing way — a cold pitch to an existing customer, a competitor collecting your sequence as intel, an investor's portfolio founder getting templated. The list only works if it's enforced at send time by the system, not remembered at draft time by a human. Corollary: 'not now' replies belong on a timed nurture list, not in next quarter's cold batch.
