Suppression list
The record of everyone any of your seats has ever contacted, used to prevent duplicate invites and cross-campaign collisions. Also called the contacted universe.
Stale suppression is one of outbound's silent killers: a list exported in May quietly poisons a July campaign, and prospects start receiving second invites — which reads as spam to both the prospect and the platform. The failure isn't rare; it's the default whenever suppression depends on manual CSV exports. Live, cross-seat suppression memory is what makes a no-duplicate guarantee real.
