Human-in-the-loop
System design where a person approves consequential actions before they execute — in outreach, a human yes before any message reaches a real inbox.
The phrase gets abused: a settings page you configured last month is not a loop with a human in it. The real thing has three properties — the human sees the actual artifact (this draft, to this person), the default is hold rather than send, and rejections feed back into the system's behavior. It's the difference between delegation and abdication, and post-2025 it's the difference buyers check for first.
LinkedBoost is the LinkedIn MCP for Claude — agent-run outreach with enforced limits and a human trigger on every send. See how it works →
