LinkedIn jail
Operator slang for a temporary restriction — the account works for browsing but can't send invites or messages, typically for days to weeks.
Jail is survivable if treated as the last warning it is. What matters is what put you there — almost always some combination of volume spikes, low acceptance, or detectable tooling — and what you change on release. The recidivism pattern is brutal: accounts that resume at full volume straight out of jail rarely get a third chance. Ramp back like a new account: low volume, high-fit targets only.
