Follow-up sequence

The planned messages after the first touch — classically an invite, an acceptance-gated opener, then two or three spaced follow-ups over 10–14 days.

Most replies come from follow-ups, not openers — people are busy, not uninterested. The discipline is threefold: every step must add something (a new angle, a real artifact), spacing must breathe (days, not hours), and any inbound reply must stop the machine instantly. A follow-up that lands after someone already answered is the loudest possible announcement that a bot is running.
