LinkedIn's rolling cap on connection requests — about 100 per week for most accounts, up to roughly 200 for older accounts with strong acceptance rates. In place since 2021.
The number is the least important part. Since 2024–2025, enforcement is behavioral: accounts get restricted while under the cap because of how they send — identical timing patterns, data-center session origins, injected browser scripts, or collapsing acceptance rates. The safe operating band most experienced operators use is 20–25 invites per day with randomized pacing, which stays under the cap with headroom while looking human.
