Lead group
A saved, deduplicated audience of people or companies managed together: the unit outbound actually operates on, distinct from a search result you haven't reviewed yet.
Searches and imports stage rows; save_search commits reviewed identities to a people or company group. Typed research columns support further qualification. Membership is useful workflow state, but does not create a history of contact or automatic suppression.
In practice
Save reviewed people into one group and reuse its returned member IDs for research and qualification.
What to check
A group contains one entity kind. Company groups cannot be enrolled in outreach, and saving a group does not record historical sends.
