Enrichment

Filling in the facts about a person or company that the original list didn't carry — role, seniority, funding, headcount growth, verified email — from data providers or research.

The architecture matters more than the provider: enrichment should land as columns on a persistent audience, not as a one-off CSV that goes stale in a drawer. Two-tier thinking helps — provider facts (cheap, structured: funding, size, contact data) versus researched facts (an agent reading posts and sites for the angle no provider sells). Paying twice to re-enrich the same person is the tax on tools without memory.
