Value proposition

The one-sentence answer to 'why should this specific person care, now?' — the claim your outreach makes, which the rest of the message exists to make credible.

Outbound exposes weak value props faster than any other channel: a stranger gives you one sentence of attention, and generic claims ('we help companies grow') spend it on nothing. Strong outbound value props are narrow and numeric — who it's for, what changes, by how much. In agent-run systems the value prop lives in workspace knowledge with the approved claims list, so no draft can promise what the product can't.
