Unified inbox

The inbox brings stored conversations from connected seats into one workspace. Filters help you find threads needing attention; opening the thread provides the context needed to reply.

History is limited by the identities, messages, and events recorded in the workspace. It is useful for coordination, but is not a permanent record of every contact across every tool or seat.

Workflow

  1. Filter conversations needing attention and open the relevant thread.
  2. Check the sender, latest inbound message, and any truncated context.
  3. Resolve active sequence outreach before queuing a manual reply.
  4. Apply a supported canonical tag and verify any opt-out changes.

In practice

A prospect asks for pricing. Read the full available thread, stop active follow-ups with the combined stop-and-reply operation if necessary, then classify the reply using its actual content.

Boundaries

Sequence-scoped inbox matches can be direct, shared-chat, or person-related. Shared membership does not prove a campaign earned a reply. No history match does not establish permission to contact.
