Workspace knowledge

Knowledge is a dated note store for a person, company, or organization. Workspace notes can hold the ICP, offer, approved proof points, tone, and explicit exclusions for an agent to consult.

Saving a correction makes it available to later work. It does not automatically train the model or enforce the instruction; ask the agent to read the relevant notes and inspect the draft against them.

Workflow

  1. Read the existing notes at the correct entity scope.
  2. Append verified facts with a source and review date.
  3. Separate durable guidance from short-lived research and unknowns.
  4. Review drafts against the notes and use explicit marks for do-not-contact.

In practice

Save an approved customer result with its source and allowed wording. Before drafting a new sequence, read that note and check that the copy does not expand the claim.

Boundaries

Notes are size-capped and older blocks can be summarized. Store structured research in group columns and operational exclusions in marking tools; prose notes do not replace either.
