Workspace knowledge

The strategy files the agents must read: your ICP, value prop, approved claims, exclusions, and kill criteria. If it lives in your head, the agent is guessing; if it lives in knowledge, every draft obeys it.

Knowledge compounds. Corrections you make — a killed draft, a ‘never pitch below 5 people’ — persist, so the desk gets sharper the longer you run it.
