Lead groups
A lead group is a saved audience — the moment a search stops being a preview and becomes something the desk manages. Searches themselves are temporary: they show names, counts, and mismatches, and create nothing until you say save.
Groups persist, dedupe, and carry columns: provider-filled facts (funding, headcount growth, verified email) and custom researched columns the agent fills. One audience, one group — volume comes from adding people to an existing group, never from cloning it per page of results.
Groups are also the suppression backbone. Every member's contact history is remembered across seats, which is what makes the no-duplicate-invite guarantee enforceable.
