Sequences

A sequence is a message thread plus timing plus a sender seat. Creating one sends nothing — it's a plan. Enrollment is the consequential act, which is why it always happens with your explicit approval and exact person IDs, never a blind bulk add.

One angle per sequence. Variants can change the words, but a different flow, timing, or audience is a different sequence — that's what keeps analysis honest.

Replies end sequences. The moment a person answers, their remaining steps stop and the thread moves to your inbox. Cold logic never talks over a live conversation.
